Overview: Colonel Cook is an expert on the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), which replaced the Department of Defense’s Requirements Generation System beginning in 2003. He recently published an article on JCIDS in a national military journal, and teaches 2-day seminars on JCIDS offered through the Technology Training Corporation.
